Reviews and Ratings
Our family trip to the resort ended up being quite frustrating. The location is fantastic, right next to the ski slopes, which was a definite plus. However, we encountered significant service issues, from language barriers to a lack of helpful staff. The dining experience also left much to be desired, with limited options and frustrating ordering processes. While the facilities are great for families, the overall experience was marred by chaotic service and challenges.
My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The rooms felt a bit outdated and cramped, and communication with staff was a struggle. However, I found the dining options available to be below expectations and the overall atmosphere quite chaotic. On the positive side, it was clean and there were plenty of activities for families. While I see why some people enjoy it, I won't be coming back.
Our stay was quite disappointing. The hotel’s proximity to the ski slopes was a big plus, but the service was lacking significantly, with inattentive staff and poor room conditions. The hotel seems to cater primarily to families, but our experience felt more chaotic than relaxing. Overall, I would not recommend this place, especially for the price we paid.
Arriving at the resort was a lovely experience as it was surprisingly quiet, making us feel like we had the whole place to ourselves. The snow was magnificent, and although winter activities hadn't started yet, we appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. The complex is huge with various dining options, although we faced some issues with communication at the front desk. Overall, this hotel is worth considering despite some minor inconveniences.
I’ve stayed at this hotel for skiing multiple times, but my recent visit was very disappointing. They removed the king crab legs from the buffet, which used to be a highlight. The hotel feels outdated, and while the snow quality is still great for skiing, the management seems focused on cutting costs rather than providing a pleasant experience for return guests.
